That's right just a few deep breaths in through your nose hold it a few seconds and then out through your mouth. Do this for a minute and really feel the benefits.
People underestimate the power of deep breathing and how it can help all of us in so many ways. Whether you just need to relax after a busy day or if you're feeling anxious over doing a presentation at work, meeting a new person or just anxious with life itself.
I have brought deep breathing awareness to many of my clients and I must say they to can't believe how such a simple thing can really change how your mind and body feels dealing with certain situations. I'm not saying it's the only thing we can do but it's a simple thing that we can all do anywhere, anytime. Try it next time and let me know how it made you feel.

Yes you can’t underestimate the relaxation qualities of breathing. I was taught the same technique for getting off to a good night’s sleep. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach and feel the air coming in and out of your body. A little practice over a few nights and soon you’ll be off to a deep sleep :)
